All kits are designed for beginners who haven't felted before - with easy to follow step-by-step instructions.

Each kit contains everything you need to learn to needle felt:

• Felting needles (med. needles);
• Step-by-step instruction sheet;
• Felting wool in colours to make your project;
• 4'x4' Foam Pad;
• Embroidery needle;
• And string to hang your ornament.
• Alpaca, Chickadee, Moose, and Polar Bear kits all include glass eyes.
• The Succulent kit includes a terracotta pot.
• The Gnome kit includes enough fibre to make six gnomes.

The wool is a great fibre for felting, it comes from the Dorset sheep and needle felts beautifully with a medium size needle.

This wool fibre is sourced from Western Canada and processed at a small Canadian mill. All of the wool is processed on vintage equipment from the 1800’s. They use organic soap, not harsh detergents. This minimal processing means you will find bits of straw (called vegetable matter) which add character.
