Lamana - Lamana Verona

Say hello to VERONA, an ultra light blend of merino wool, silk and cashmere.

Lamana's unique carding process creates superlight and super soft yarns. Knitted items have an incomparably airy feeling and weigh only half as much as those from similar yarn. The combination of superfine fibres and this unique process results in an ultra-soft, ultra-light and silky fabric with a gently heathered appearance.

This softness makes it perfect for fine scarves and stoles, and gives garments an incomparable lightness and drape. We're thinking of making Pure T by Chris Berlin.

The mulesing-free raw merino wool is sourced from selected Australian shepherds. The cashmere is from Mongolia and China Both are certified regarding animal welfare, sustainability, and social responsibility. The mulberry silk used comes from China. It is spun and dyed according to the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 for baby products by a family-run traditional company in Italy.
