Julie Asselin - Journey Sport

Our team fell in love with this yarn! Journey Sport from Julie Asselin is a beautiful blend of wool from two North American sheep breeds - Rambouillet and Targhee.

It is a non-superwash aka "wooly wool" that blooms beautifully into a soft, warm, lofty fabric when blocked.

The rich semi-solid colours have a unique depth and intensity because the fibre is dyed before yarn is spun. 

This round, bouncy, and smooth yarn is great for cables, colourwork, or crochet! We love it for textured stitches, trusty old stockinette and Tunisian stitches.

• 192 metres/210 yards per 58 gram skein
• Suggested gauge 24 - 26 sts on 3 - 3.5mm needles
• Our team liked it at 22 sts
• Hand wash, lay flat to dry
