Lang's Jawoll Superwash is a sock wool classic - tried, tested and approved for many years. It makes durable, beautiful socks that last for years.
The wool is sourced from Corriedale sheep in Chilean Patagonia. The sheep live all year round in the natural wilds of Patagonia. Because of the scant food supply, their wool remains white and grows to an average staple length of 10cm. This makes it take dye well, the colours are brilliant and the finished yarn is highly resistant to pilling while still feeling very soft and comfortable to wear.
Each ball includes heel re-inforcement yarn to strengthen heels and toes lengthening the life of your socks!
More colours can be found here and and here.
Conveniently wound in 50g skeins, the yarn is perfect for two at a time socks.
