Flexible Knitting Cord by the Metre

Trying on your sweater-in-progress just got easier!

These flexible rubber, hollow cords are perfect for trying on your knitting without removing it from your needles or losing your stitches! Also useful for putting stitches on hold.

This 2mm silicone cord fits most needle sizes up to 6 or 7mm. If you want chunky cord, it is here.

The end of the cord squishes firmly over your needle tip. After it is attached to your needle tip, simply slide stitches on to the flexible tubing so you can try your sweater on. When you are done, push all of the stitches back onto the needle and pull off the tubing. Easy peasy!

Available by the metre. We will cut to measure, so if you order 2 metres or more, you'll get one length of cord that you can then trim to your desired length.

We package it in a small plastic bag and recommend storing these in airtight bags or containers when not in use to maintain the cord's flexibility.
