Me…almost finished another project!!!

Yes, that’s right!

I started a shawl just before vacation and I’m almost done.  I carried it with me all week, from campsite to beach, beach to fireside, fireside to bed.  And here’s what it looks like….only 20 rows to go.

I’m doing mine with one of those crazy zauberballs–they’re so neat.  I love the tweedy, striping look of this yarn.  Very unique. But right after I started I got word that Fleece Artist Merino came in….oh brother.  This stuff is fabulous.  I ordered TONS. Thank the maker.

This yarn was originally made for sock…but we know that it’s suited for everything.  The beautiful scarf you see below is called Villeray by Ariane Caron-Lacoste.  Search it on ravelry.

Speaking of TONS–I’m fully RESTOCKED with Koigu!Rebecca and I really went for it.  The colours we picked are intense and stunning.  Come in and check them all out.  Here’s only half of what we picked up….

Oh and another favourite is back in town….Thrum Mitts!I know you don’t want to think about mittens right now but you really should.  There is no better summer project than mittens!  They’re smallish and lightish and colourful.And the make the BEST Christmas presents.  Oh no you di’int.
